🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years of product-related experience; currently at Lead or Group PM level, or as a Founder.
- Directly managed product managers; hiring, coaching, and performance management.
- Shipped real growth product: conversion, activation, or referral; understands funnel math.
- Experienced with experimentation: A/B testing, statistical significance, attribution.
- Hands-on with event tracking, funnel analysis, dashboards, and growth instrumentation.
- Close to AI; built AI products or has a clear view on AI in production; fluent in French & English.
