Product Lead (Core Platform & AI)

📋 Description

• Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for Core Platform across the product ecosystem
• Define the System of Record for tasks and communications across vertical teams
• Architect the AI integration layer connecting AI to the task framework
• Set standards for task schemas, notifications, lifecycle, and contracts
• Partner with Internal Tools and Ops to enable human-in-the-loop workflows
• Drive roadmap priorities with cross-functional input

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product mgmt or technical roles focused on platform/horizontal systems
• AI product experience; hands-on with LLMs or AI systems
• Platform builder instincts for end users and infrastructure
• First-principles thinking under ambiguity
• Strong cross-functional credibility; balance enforcement vs flexibility
• Data fluency; diagnose platform health and prioritize from data
