3+ years managing product managers, 10+ years as a PM
Experience leading cross‑team initiatives from ideation to execution
Technical background in computer science or similar
Experience building 0→1 products and shipping improvements to existing products
Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience
Strong written and verbal communication
