🎯 Requirements

3+ years of managing product managers, 10+ years as a product manager
Experience leading cross-team initiatives from ideation to execution
Technical expertise: led technical products or CS background
Experience building new products (0->1) and shipping improvements to existing portfolio
Deep user empathy and a high bar for user experience
Preferred qualifications: Platform/marketplace and paytech/fintech experience
