Product Lead - ALM & Treasury Systems

📋 Description

• Define and execute the ALM, FX exposure, and liquidity reporting roadmap.
• Map transactional data to GL and CoA to ensure one version of truth.
• Act as sparring partner to the Treasurer and Head of Accounting on workflows.
• Build systems to monitor global liquidity exposure in real-time.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive requirements for compliance.
• Transform the organization to a platform-centric model for scale.

🎯 Requirements

• The Domain Expert: ALM, Treasury, or Financial Engineering in Fintech or Banking.
• FX Specialist: understand FX exposure and mitigate risk with system-driven logic.
• Hands-on Architect: experience building or implementing TMS or ALM platforms from scratch.
• Deep understanding of Asset Liability Management and Liquidity Risk.
• Experience with Financial Reporting Systems and ERP integrations.
• Proven experience in Product Management or Business Systems Analysis in a high-growth environment.
