• Own a problem space end-to-end from customer need to live product
• Work directly with engineering leads; close collaboration, not handoff

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a SaaS product role, owning end-to-end features
• Know what good looks like; distinguish effective solutions from ships-only
• Product decisions are business decisions
• You define what’s needed to move forward
• Comfortable working directly with engineering leads
• Contribute to or evaluate design decisions meaningfully
• Use AI as a natural part of thinking and work
• Influence without authority; build alignment through collaboration
