- Lead test & evaluation across Dedrone product portfolio.
- Define evaluation criteria, protocols, and benchmarks.
- Coordinate T&E across RF sensors, radars, cameras, and EW.
- Monitor evolving UAS threats and translate into product needs.
- Advise on tech tradeoffs, positioning, and capability gaps.
- Collaborate with sales and customers to support evaluations and demos.
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in counter-UAS, EW, air defense, or related defense tech.
- FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (current).
- Experience leading red teaming against counter-UAS or protected sites.
- Deep understanding of RF detection, radar, EO/IR sensors, and sensor fusion.
- Experience planning and executing defense tech T&E programs.
- Familiarity with current UAS threats and evasion techniques.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to work with product, engineering, sales, and customer teams.
