🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- 3+ years as a technical lead or equivalent senior role.
- Strong hands-on development and ability to troubleshoot production issues.
- Deep understanding of architecture, API design, integration, data modeling, and security.
- Experience designing and supporting production-grade software systems.
- Ability to lead design and planning without formal people management; experience with CI/CD and release readiness.
