Be the product evangelist and SME for Veeva RIM, esp Submissions, Archive and Publishing
Stay up to date with features and roadmap direction
Educate customers in Veeva Communities and forums; communicate product value
Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate roadmap and vision
Contribute to best practices and process recommendations within RIM
Gather, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback for roadmap and releases

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in regulatory life sciences (Reg Ops or Reg Affairs)
Experience with RIM apps: docs, submissions, publishing, archiving
Translate customer requirements to technical product specs
Understand technical specs and translate to end users
Experience interacting with business users, IT and executives (remote/in-person)
Strong analytical skills and English (written, verbal)
