- Update all customer data in Veeva Vault (accounts, interactions, notes, health).
- Guide customers on best practices for Compass access and use; onboarding support.
- Liaise with internal teams (Account Partners, Consulting, Strategy, Product) to address needs.
- Communicate product updates/roadmaps; translate complex tech into clear insights.
🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in customer-facing roles (consulting/health tech or analytics in life sciences)
- Experience with IQVIA and Komodo data sets (prescription, claims, payer, sales)
- Deep life sciences use cases: patient data analytics, targeting & segmentation, field alerts
- Understanding of commercial data & analytics landscape: data, infra, tolling & ops
- Translate data requirements to business and technical audiences; manage multi-layer relationships
- Nice to have: audience-ready materials; demo editing; community management
