- Be the product evangelist for Veeva CDB and stay current with features/roadmap
- Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision
- Educate customers on value, problems solved, and product functionality
- Advocate for customer-driven product innovations; gather and prioritize feedback
- Collaborate with Product teams to create content for product and release communication
- Provide cross-functional support to Services, Strategy, Sales, and Product Support
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in data management or life science software product management
- Experience with Veeva EDC and/or Veeva CDB; hands-on study build
- Translate technical requirements for both business and technical audiences
- Experience with customers, IT, executives, and internal teams; in-person/remote
- Strong analytical skills and English (written, verbal, presentations)
- Self-directed team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to travel to customer/events (~15-30%)
- Based in the US with ability to work across time zones, including Europe
