- Be the product evangelist for Veeva CDB; stay updated on features and roadmap.
- Engage with customer stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision.
- Educate Veeva CDM customers in meetings/online communities; show value.
- Advocate for future product innovations; gather and prioritize customer feedback for roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product teams to create content and resources for releases and communications.
- Provide cross-functional support to internal teams (Services, Strategy, Sales, Product Support).
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in data management or life sciences software product management.
- Recent experience with Veeva EDC and/or CDB, or comparable CDM apps with hands-on study build.
- Ability to translate technical requirements for business and technical audiences.
- Experience engaging with business users, IT, and executives, plus internal teams, in person or remote.
- Strong analytical skills and English (written, verbal, and presentations).
- Based in the US with ability to work across time zones, including Europe.
