- Be the product evangelist and SME for Veeva RIM; focus on Submissions, Archive, Publishing.
- Stay up to date with features and roadmap direction.
- Educate customers in Communities and forums; communicate product value.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate product roadmap and vision.
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback for roadmap.
- Collaborate with Product teams to deliver content for product and release communications.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in regulatory life sciences (Reg Ops/Affairs) in Europe.
- Experience using/implementing RIM apps: document management, submission publishing, and archiving.
- Translate business requirements into technical product requirements for business and technical stakeholders.
- Understand technical specs and software docs; translate to end users and business teams.
- Experience engaging with customers (business users, IT, executives) and internal teams, in-person and remote.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%; based in Europe.
