Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs and engineers to ensure feasible designs.
Data-informed design using qualitative and quantitative insights.
System thinking and contribution to the Adyen design system for consistency.
Clear communication of design rationale to stakeholders and team.
Process improvement through design reviews and LLM tool usage.

🎯 Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, or related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in product/UX design in SaaS/B2B/enterprise contexts.
