Identify and document ArcGIS Solution configuration and usage patterns.
Create and maintain product documentation and enablement materials for utility solutions.
Provide input into product design to ensure ease of use and great UX.
Work with customers and teams to define and develop solutions.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in utilities/infra/telecom with ArcGIS workflows.
Experience with ArcGIS Utility Networks.
Document and build GIS workflows.
Creative problem solver and team player.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Bachelor’s degree in geography or related field.
