Product Engineer II – Utility Solutions

📋 Description

• Discover customer needs; craft geospatial solutions for utilities
• Configure ArcGIS apps, tools, and info models for industry use
• Document ArcGIS Solution configuration and usage patterns
• Create/maintain product docs and enablement materials
• Advise on product design for a great customer experience
• Collaborate with customers, dev, BD, and services to build solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in utilities, infrastructure or telecom industries with ArcGIS
• Experience implementing and utilizing ArcGIS Utility Networks
• Demonstrated ability to document and build GIS workflows
• Creative problem solver and a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in geography or related field
