🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years in a UA/documentation role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of HTML, XML (DITA), or Markdown for docs
- Experience with a CMS that supports versioning and content reuse
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, GIS, English, technical writing, or STEM
- Familiarity with IT observability or ArcGIS software
