Participate in design/spec of new GIS capabilities based on user experiences and ArcGIS.
Write help topics and guides; answer questions on product forums/website.
Design and execute manual and automated tests for agile development.
Design testing procedures and scenarios using Python scripts or sample code.
Develop ideas and best practices for modifying and extending our product.
Coordinate with team members and respond to high-priority technical support issues.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience supporting software testing or development in an agile environment
Familiarity with ArcGIS or other GIS and mapping products
Experience with C++, Kotlin, Swift or Python
Strong English communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, GIS, geography, engineering, mathematics, or related field
Master’s degree in computer science, GIS, information systems, or related field
