🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years experience building customer-facing products at a software company with a high engineering bar

- Track record of delivering complex end-to-end features with visible product impact
- Product sensibility: care for UX, speed, polish; push back when needed
- Comfortable working with light PM oversight; help shape problems, not just implement
- High ownership: self-directed, full-lifecycle builder from idea to shipped
