- Shipped tooling or automations that reduced manual work and scaled beyond a single team.
- Technically fluent; comfortable prototyping with data and new tools.
- Strong customer advocacy mindset; translate user pain into engineering-ready statements.
- Highly organized; manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced environments.
- Clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences; drive alignment.
