Product Engagement Manager, Affinity

📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute Affinity pilots with customers.
• Manage day-to-day pilot operations and support customers.
• Collaborate with VP of New Product Success on pilots.
• Track pilot tasks, timelines, and dependencies.
• Coordinate internal teams and follow up on action items.
• Ensure pilot documentation and assets are up-to-date.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4+ years in software implementation, CS, or related field.
• Familiarity with marketing platforms and campaign workflows.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.
• Nice to Have: AI tools exposure; HTML, SQL, scripting.
• Experience in SaaS or B2B software.
