π― Requirements
- 3+ years in customer onboarding or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with Phone Numbers and WhatsApp (preferred).
- Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and messaging workflows.
- Experience across calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
- Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
