  • Onboard customers for Phone Numbers, WhatsApp, and A2P 10DLC.
  • Support via calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to resolve setup issues.
  • Help customers purchase, configure, and verify numbers and WhatsApp.
  • Conduct webinars and one-on-one onboarding sessions.
  • Troubleshoot technical/setup issues with internal teams.
  • Proactively guide customers with incomplete onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer onboarding or equivalent.
  • Hands-on experience with Phone Numbers and WhatsApp (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, and messaging workflows.
  • Experience across calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple relationships.
