🎯 Requirements

3+ years of formal people management.

Track record delivering products from ideation to global delivery.
Experience in hyper-growth fintech/financial infra.
Direct experience building payments/money-movement platforms.
Understanding money movement systems, ledgers, payments orchestration.
Familiarity with fintech risk management and regulatory compliance.
