Product Development Project Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and task tracking.
• Proactively identify risks, delays, and gaps; drive early resolution or escalation.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across hardware, firmware, mechanical, ops, and supply chain in US & Asia.
• Ensure clear communication, accountability, and follow-through on priorities, deliverables, and timelines.
• Support new SKU setup by collecting required product, packaging, and system information.
• Track hardware/design changes through trials and coordinate issue resolution for production readiness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years managing new product development, preferably in consumer electronics.
• Strong project management and execution skills; manage multiple priorities.
• Proactively identify risks, drive resolution, and maintain timelines.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
• Experience with Asia-based manufacturing or engineering is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in PM tools (Notion/Jira) and AI tools for productivity.
