Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Tech, Materials, QA, Creatives, and vendors
Build sheet handoff and ensure specs, docs, and tests are ready
Manage sample requests, shipments, reviews; target ≤2 rounds
Facilitate product approvals, feedback loops and testing coordination
Run in-country development trips and coordinate launch readiness

🎯 Requirements

8 years in product development or factory-facing roles
Strong Soft Home category expertise
Experience working directly with factories and sample rooms
Comfortable operating independently on-site
Highly organized, detail-oriented, execution-focused
Clear communicator across languages and cultures
