Manage product creation from design handoff to production approval.
Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Raw Materials R&D and Sourcing for on-time delivery.
Establish and execute brand strategy to hit financial, quality and product goals.
Manage multi-season development calendars and related tasks.
Lead KPIs: cost control, IMU targets, vendor scorecard, fit approvals.
Allocate bulk orders to suppliers based on capacity and cost.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years in apparel industry, ideally accessories/handbags.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational/time management with urgency.
PLM experience; Illustrator and Photoshop a plus.
