Assist in maintaining and organizing a central library for master swatches from overseas factories
Coordinate with Photography team to photograph new swatches promptly
Create and manage presentation materials as needed
Maintain Introduction Status List; coordinate with Supply Chain as needed
Ensure product info and photography are received from overseas team before market
Track and update product status post-review; reflect changes on site; notify departments

🎯 Requirements

Pursuing degree in Merchandising/Textiles/Apparel or Business field
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com)
Understanding of product databases or CMS used to maintain product information
