- Own day-to-day product development timeline across new products and extensions.
- Track milestones and risks to ensure 16-week cycle progress.
- Coordinate across Merchandising, Sourcing, Fit, Tech, Materials, QA, Creative, Vendors.
- Ensure documentation for vendor handoff (specs, build docs, testing, fit inputs).
- Coordinate sample requests, shipments, inbound reviews, fit requests, and revisions; target ≤2 rounds.
- Lead in-country development trips to accelerate decisions and vendor execution.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in product development or factory-facing roles.
- Strong category expertise.
- Experience working directly with factories and sample rooms.
- Independent on-site work; highly organized and execution-focused.
- Factory-based role with heavy travel (up to 4 days/week).
- Preferred: hands-on coordination in sample rooms and factories.
