Own a product from design to launch; define roadmap and ensure manufacturability.
Serve as technical lead to ensure production targets and launches.
Act as business contact between internal/external customers during NPI.
Translate strategies into business and technical deliverables for NPI.
Identify improvements via market research, data analysis, and beta tests.
Support failure analysis and root-cause investigation during initial roll-out.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics.
2+ years leading engineering projects (internships allowed).
2+ years mechanical or electrical product design.
2+ years managing product technical requirements.
2+ years project management (scope, schedule, cost).
Experience with full consumer-facing hardware product life cycle.
