📋 Description

  • PLM system maintenance incl. General Page and BOM setup
  • Maintain seasonal development WIPs in Excel
  • Place SMS POs and ensure on-time delivery for milestones
  • Understand construction, raw materials and product creation
  • Able to work independently and be a self-starter
  • React quickly to changes while meeting calendar deadlines
  • Assist Product Developers daily
  • Ensure margin goals and calendar dates are met
  • Proactive and passionate approach to systems
  • Collaborate with Product Developers on vendor allocation and cost negotiations
  • Close working relationship with Design, Tech Design, Raw Materials, Production, Color teams

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years in the accessories industry
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational and time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Team-oriented; build vendor and company relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of testing protocol and garment construction
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work environment
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Proficiency with PLM systems
