Lead development from concept to production; ensure quality, fit, construction

Collaborate with design/tech/production to maintain prototype-to-final integrity
Manage vendor relationships: costs, MOQs, timelines, and communication
Maintain PLM, BOM, and cost sheets
Attend fit sessions

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in apparel industry
Self-starter; multi-task and manage multiple projects
Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
Proficiency with PLM
