• Work with the Senior Bag Designer to turn ideas into specs and prototypes.
• Maintain depth of design thinking while helping scale products.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct bag and pack design experience.
• Strong Illustrator skills and ability to create clear technical specs.
• Hands-on prototyping and bag construction knowledge.
• Experience communicating with suppliers and refining samples.
• Natural attention to detail and genuine excitement about solving construction challenges.
• Project management skills to juggle multiple pieces at different stages.
