Product Designer (Senior/Staff/Principal)

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end product and visuals in Figma.
• Run UX research with customers, test prototypes.
• Collaborate with product and engineering; ensure handoff.
• Contribute to Monarch's design system and direction.
• Work with founders, PMs, and engineers in a fast-paced team.
• Within 90 days, get up to speed and take ownership of new projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in mobile and product design at a consumer company
• Strong visual design, detail, and systems-thinking
• Collaborative with founders, PMs, and engineers
• Experience designing for 0-to-1 product work
• Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
• Nice to have: HTML, CSS, React
