Leverage and extend Weave's Design System for mobile patterns.
Conduct user research with practice owners, office managers, and front-office staff.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product Designer.
Strong UX and visual design, especially mobile interfaces.
Proficiency in Figma; familiarity with prototyping and user research tools.
Comfort using analytics and research tools (Pendo, Sigma, Maze).
Strong communication across cross-functional teams.
Understanding of basic analytics concepts for accessible data.
