🎯 Requirements

5+ years of product design with a portfolio showing UX thinking and visual craft.
Experience designing tools for complex or data-heavy workflows (internal/dev tools).
Comfortable leading the full design process from discovery to shipping.
Strong systems thinker who focuses on reusable components and structure.
Collaborative communicator who shares work early and aligns stakeholders.
Proficient in Figma and comfortable with design systems.
