📋 Description

• Lead design initiatives for Confluent Cloud features and PLG growth.
• Translate complex ideas into intuitive interaction and service designs.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience collaborating with product and engineering to implement feasible, delightful features.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; perform research and discovery with peers.
• Rapidly adjust design thinking based on late-breaking changes.
• Advocate for design and user research in product delivery.
• Experience implementing a Design System.
• Comfortable leading user research sessions, solo or with peers.
• Enthusiastic about giving and receiving constructive feedback to drive design.
• Proficiency in producing realistic prototypes to convey interaction concepts.
• A portfolio showing your design process, projects, and outcomes.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Designer.
• This position is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada, with travel 1-2 times per quarter.
