🎯 Requirements

3+ years of product design experience.
Strong visual and verbal communicator; explains design decisions.
Systems thinker; skilled in component-based design and prototyping (microinteractions).
Experience with prototyping tools: Principle, Framer, Sketch, Figma, InVision.
Keen to experiment with AI in workflows and contribute code.
Growth mindset; welcomes feedback and helps teammates improve.
