🎯 Requirements

- Expertise in Figma, tokens/primitives/modes, and Figma Make.
- Strong user research, information architecture and visual design.
- Skilled communicator who translates complexity into intuitive UX.
- Able to self-manage and prioritize in a high-growth environment.
