Product Designer II

📋 Description

• Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for various use cases and audiences.
• Clearly communicate design solutions to stakeholders through wireframes, prototypes, and detailed implementation specifications.
• Partner with business leaders, product management, and engineering for alignment.
• Help establish and promote design system guidelines, brand consistency, and implement best practices and standards.
• Contribute to user research and usability testing to inform design.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in product design or relevant field.
• 3+ years as a designer in a fast-paced, agile, health-tech environment.
• Proven track record working on a digital platform with an active user base.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across product, engineering, and business teams.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma) and user-centered design principles.
• Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, and feedback integration.
