Product Designer II

📋 Description

• Conceive, define and ship user experiences for web and mobile products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and leadership in an agile team.
• Support product vision and evolve Extend's core tooling platform.
• Define problems clearly; craft defensible design solutions.
• Conduct moderated and unmoderated user research; apply insights.
• Telecommuting is permitted.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, CS, Architecture, or related field.
• 2 years of product/UX design experience.
• Proficiency with Figma; CAD/BIM tools (AutoCAD, Rhino 3D).
• Create stakeholder presentations with Rhino 3D and PowerPoint.
• Develop micro-interactions with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Apply BIM project management methodologies using AutoCAD.
• Conduct user research via interviews, workshops, surveys (SurveyMonkey, Miro).
• Ensure accessible, ADA-compliant patterns; Universal Design.
