🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS or collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with human-centered design, design thinking, or facilitation.
- Product design skills, including UX concepts, wireframes, and prototyping.
- Proven track record of owning features from discovery through delivery.
- Strong communication and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Experience operating as a product-fluent designer in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
