Develop understanding of Stripe ecosystem, users, and UI to inform product direction
Deliver high-quality, user-centered designs for core surfaces and UX
Collaborate with designers, PMs, engineers, researchers, and content designers to shape strategy
Share work in design reviews and contribute to feedback-driven iteration

🎯 Requirements

4+ years relevant design experience
Portfolio with strong UI design skills
Experience partnering with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams
Ability to work across product verticals and collaborate with leadership
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and align user/business needs
Experience designing for B2B or fintech products
