🎯 Requirements

6+ years relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
Experience leading changes to an established design system.
Experience collaborating with engineering to support UI development.
Autonomously worked on large-scale initiatives (e.g., system unification or highly visible features).
Strong visual design, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at different paces and delivering outcomes.
