📋 Description

• Partner with product, engineering, and research to understand users and craft intuitive experiences.
• Design end-to-end workflows across web and mobile with wireframes, flows, and specs.
• Simplify complex operator workflows for menus, locations, and configurations.
• Help drive evolution of AI-driven tools, especially voice, to help operators decide faster.
• Apply systems thinking to evolve platform-level experiences that scale AI across product lines.
• Collaborate with the Design System team for consistency and long-term extensibility.
