🎯 Requirements

Strong technical background with recently shipped code to production.
Motivated to make coding agents intuitive and accessible.
3+ years of experience shipping larger scale software products.
Portfolio with strong UX, UI, and interaction design.
Able to navigate 0-1 ambiguity with crisp design thinking for trade-offs.
Excited about AI research and shaping AI-first products.
