Product Designer

📋 Description

• Own problems from concept to launch with flows and high-fidelity specs
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to scope, prototype, test, and ship features
• Define success criteria to move activation, retention, or conversion
• Create quick prototypes and run lean experiments, iterating based on data
• Partner with engineering to ensure designs are feasible, performant, maintainable
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and design critiques

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years end-to-end product design with shipped work
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; clear specs
• Metrics-minded; set success criteria and ship features that move metrics
• Strong visual design; design systems; balance craft with velocity
• Experience in small, fast-paced teams; owned projects from research to shipped UI
• Familiarity with productivity tools like Notion, Craft; understand user workflows
