🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, ideally at a SaaS company
- Portfolio showcasing thoughtful, impactful end-to-end user experiences
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with product management, engineering, and research
- Experience leading and mentoring other designers in a senior IC capacity
- Strong presentation skills; ability to communicate design concepts clearly
- Experience using AI-powered design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma Make, Claude Code, Cursor)
