Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end product experiences from discovery to delivery.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex workflows.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and interviews to inform decisions.
• Partner with Product Managers to define problems, validate solutions, and prioritize work.
• Collaborate with Engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Use data and user feedback to continuously improve the UX.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of product design experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end design work.
• Experience designing complex platforms, dashboards, or workflow-heavy applications.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and interviews.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma).
• Strong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
