📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for features within a cross-functional squad.
• Deliver UX: discovery, vision, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conduct usability tests and competitive analysis to inform iterations.
• Create designs that prioritize user needs while meeting business milestones.
• Communicate design tradeoffs and rationale to non-designers.
• Use and contribute to the Design System for consistency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in mobile consumer-focused product design.
• Strong UX principles and user research experience.
• Translate user needs into actionable deliverables.
• Present strategies aligned with business goals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Figma and prototyping; familiarity with UserTesting.
