Product Designer

📋 Description

• Design end-to-end borrower experiences across flows
• Translate requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align on scope and details
• Deliver production-ready designs and ensure design intent is preserved through development handoff
• Incorporate user feedback, data insights, and stakeholder input to iterate on designs
• Partner with adjacent teams (e.g., Growth) to ensure seamless experiences across the borrower journey

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field + 3 years of product design experience
• 3+ years delivering end-to-end digital product experiences from concept through delivery
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototyping, and visual design
• Experience delivering production-ready designs and collaborating with engineering teams through implementation
• Experience designing user flows for web or mobile apps, including multi-step workflows
